How do I delete my account?
Go to the You tab → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, log history, chat sessions, and photos within 30 days.
What is the AI message limit?
Free accounts get a starter TerraCue AI allowance each month. More usage options are coming as pricing is finalized.
My weekly rating — can anyone see it?
No. Your weekly self-rating is completely private. It never appears on the shareable season card, in the AI agent, or anywhere visible to anyone but you.
How is Week 1 determined?
The season runs April 1 (Week 1) through Week 40, covering the full Bermuda growing season. Before April 1 and after Week 40, the app shows "Off Season."
The app recommended something that doesn't seem right for my lawn.
TerraCue AI is designed to explain and assist, not to make final decisions. Always verify any product rate against the label. If something seems wrong, email us with your zip code, grass variety, and a description of the recommendation.
Can I use TerraCue for grass types other than Bermuda?
TerraCue is built specifically for Bermuda. The soil temperature thresholds, GDD calculations, and program timing are all calibrated for Bermuda in Zones 7b–9a. It will not give accurate guidance for cool-season grasses.
