Privacy Policy

Account: Email address and name provided during sign-up (via Apple Sign In or email). Used solely for authentication and to associate your data with your account.

Lawn Profile: Grass variety, zip code, lawn size, mow height, soil type, and zone details you enter in the app. Used to provide accurate recommendations and to give your AI agent the right context.

Application Log: Products applied, dates, rates, categories (fertilizer, PGR, mow, watering, etc.), and any notes you add. Stored in your account. Never shared with other users.

Photos: Photos you upload for AI label extraction, weed identification, or your shareable season card. Stored in Supabase Storage under your account. Not used for any purpose other than the feature you uploaded them for.

Self-Rating: Your weekly 1–10 lawn quality rating. This is private to your account. It is never displayed publicly, never shared, and never appears on the shareable season card.

Chat Messages: Conversations with TerraCue AI are stored so you can reference prior lawn decisions, repairs, and recommendations later. Message content and relevant lawn context are processed only to answer your lawn questions and power app workflows.

Usage Data: Message counts (for free-tier enforcement) and basic error logs. No behavioral analytics or ad tracking.

Supabase: Database and file storage. Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure. See supabase.com/privacy.

AI Processing: TerraCue AI uses third-party AI infrastructure to generate responses. Chat messages, photos you attach for diagnosis, and relevant lawn context may be processed for that request. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.

Open-Meteo: Weather data (soil temperature, forecast, precipitation). Requests include your zip code's latitude and longitude. No personal data is sent. See open-meteo.com.

Plant.id: Weed and plant identification from photos. Photos you submit for weed ID are sent to the Plant.id API. See web.plant.id/privacy-policy.
